Highly accurate and reliable, the TS 6000 total sulfur analyzer measures solid samples from 30 ppb to 5.000 ppm (solids) and 10.000 ppm (liquids), as well as gases and compressed liquids. Fully compliant with ASTM D5453, D5762, D6667 and D7183, the analyzer incorporates a high-end UV fluorescence detector with a closed loop to regulate lamp intensity while increasing stability and reducing detection limits. Additionally, when combined with its excellent uptime, the TS 6000 total sulfur analyzer increases productivity and reduces costs.

The instrument comes with an automatic sampler introduction device consisting of a cabinet and a plunger pusher system that performs a constant rate syringe and boat introduction. This feature provides the operator with the added benefit of no loss of sensitivity in simultaneous measurement (TS+/-TN), thereby resulting in the highest quality control performance available. The TS 6000 also comes with an HR 7000 liquid auto sampler built directly into the boat models, enabling the unit to virtually work 24/7 with no down time.

Equipped with TSHR’s proprietary easy-to-use and intuitive Athena software, the total sulfur analyzer can be connected to a PC with an Intel Core i3 or AMD Phenom processor (or more advanced models) and Windows 7 or higher. The unit requires 1200W of power at a voltage of 115/230 V and 50/60 Hz. A 1/8’’ swagelok gas connector and medical grade 2.6 O2 delivery system are also required. Lastly, the TS 6000 has the unique ability to function in labs with an ambient temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius (41-95 degrees Fahrenheit).
