The cloud and pour point apparatus is available in 6 models: model 490/HS/140 with 4 positions operating at temperatures as low as -69C; model 500/S with 4 positions each for 4 different temperatures (0, -18, -33, and -51C); model 510/S with 4 positions each for 3 different temperatures (0, -18, and -33C); model 520/S with 4 positions each for 5 different temperatures (0, -18, -33, 52, and -69C); model 530/S with 4 positions each for 6 temperatures ( 50, 0, -18, -33, -33, -51, and -69C); and model 540, the conventional cloud and pour point apparatus, operating at temperatures as low as -69C with dry ice.

Designed for simple use at extremely low temperatures, the cloud and pour point refrigerators are each equipped with an automatic defrosting mechanism and a digital thermoregulator fitted with a PT100 A temperature probe, ensuring stable temperatures as low as -69 C. Additional features of the cloud and pour point apparatus include a glossy black PVC cover with small stand-by covers and aluminum blocks with holes to accommodate graduated jars.

The cloud point refrigerators are equipped with four wheels and brakes for easy mobility around thelaboratory. The instruments are sealed with an anti-acid epoxidic coat, preventing corrosive damage andensuring durability for years to come. Because operator safety is crucial, the cloud point tester’s refrigerators are fitted with an earth leakage circuit, and refrigerant gases are CFC-free.
