With the distinct capability to incorporate both a high temperature and low temperature module, this singular analyzer can cover a temperature range from -25C to 420C with only 1-2mL of sample per test.

To complete a test, the device produces an electric arc in a closed chamber to determine at which temperature the arc ignites the sample vapor, which is measured by the pressure change observed in ignition. Another feature of the ERAFLASH is the built-in unknown sample screen test which can quickly cover a wide range of temperatures to hone in on the specific flash point of unidentifiable samples or samples with unknown flash points.

Leveraging its patented interferometer, the ERASPEC measures the complete infrared spectrum of various fuels, such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, within less than 60 seconds. This device stands out due to its ability to automatically derive critical fuel properties, including Octane and Cetane numbers, distillation points, and the concentration of fuel components like ethanol and benzene, oxidation, aromatics, olefins, and many more parameters, all from a minimal 10 mL sample.
