The problem that laboratories often face when testing iron bullets in compliance with ASTM and NACE standards is that they tend to over-rate the samples by considering the entire corrosion cluster as a corroded area, which is inaccurate. Within those areas, some parts are not corroded. The FeDDI system can detect and show corrosion results in percentage with an accuracy of ±0.01%. Additionally, at lower ratings of A and B, manually counting the corroded area is a tedious task, but FeDDI performs this process automatically and efficiently. Its bias-free operation ensures consistent, reliable results, making it an essential tool for laboratories and industries focused on quality control and compliance.
