]]> The PAMAS S50 is a cost-effective, high-performance, laser-based online particle monitoring system with simple integration into industrial data management systems. Fully compliant with methods ISO 4406 AND ISO 11171, PAMAS S50 measures the cleanliness of mineral and synthetic oils in different industrial environments. Its rugged construction makes it resistant against mechanical, environmental and electrical threats.

An automatic digital flow rate determination provides accurate measurement results. The PAMAS S50 counts particles with high resolution in eight particle size channels, available via the data interface for report in real time to the PC. The triple code according to the cleanliness class standard ISO 4406 for the particle sizes > 4 m(c), > 6 m(c) and > 14 m(c) is indicated on the instrument display.

More than just providing the standard ISO code, PAMAS S50 is cost-effective and measures the particle number in eight different channels while giving early alerts. Also, it may serve as an interface for condition monitoring transferring four analog signals (4-20 mA) to a PC.

The PAMAS S50P is anadditional option to the online particle counter, with an integrated pump for flow control to a constant flow of 25 ml/min.

]]> The PAMAS SBSS is fully compliant with ISO 21501, ISO 4402 and ISO 11171. The PAMAS SBSS is the standard liquid particle counter used as a reference in many testing labs. The particle count measurement instrument may be programmed to measure a sample without the need of an operator, like prefilling the internal dead volume, pressurizing the sample for a number of measurement runs, and relieving pressure at the end. For preparation, a pump including an air dryer unit is available to degas the sample with vacuum and to filter and dry the compressed air. Its high accuracy and repeatability, fast purging, and backflush possibility are the key benefits of the system.

The PAMAS SBSS is fully equipped with a liquid particle counter up to 10 bar and up to 1600 cst. With the optional high-pressure pump or external pressure supply for hydraulic oils, insulation and turbine oils, gear and motor oils, water-based hydraulic fluids, organic fluids solvents, fluids with high vapor pressure, pharmaceutical fluids like infusion-solutions, water and parenterals.
