The PAMAS S50 is a cost-effective, high-performance, laser-based online system with simple integration into industrial data management systems. Fully compliant with methods ISO 4406 AND ISO 11171, PAMAS S50 measures the cleanliness of mineral and synthetic oils in different industrial environments. Its rugged construction makes it resistant against mechanical, environmental and electrical threats.

An automatic digital flow rate determination provides accurate measurement results. The PAMAS S50 counts particles with high resolution in eight particle size channels, available via the data interface for report in real time to the PC. The triple code according to the cleanliness class standard ISO 4406 for the particle sizes > 4 µm(c), > 6 µm(c) and > 14 µm(c) is indicated on the instrument display.

More than just providing the standard ISO code, PAMAS S50 is cost-effective and measures the particle number in eight different channels while giving early alerts. Also, it may serve as an interface for condition monitoring transferring four analog signals (4-20 mA) to a PC.

The PAMAS S50P is an additional option to the online particle counter, with an integrated pump for flow control to a constant flow of 25 ml/min.
