										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The combination of the Karl-Fischer-Titrator AQUA 40.00 and the headspace technique offers a wide range of interesting applications to determine moisture in solid and pasty samples, oils and viscous compounds.</p>
<p>It does not require time-consuming sample preparation: Weigh the sample in a headspace vial, close and seal the vial, and then administer it into the AQUA 40.00 headspace oven.</p>
<p>The analysis procedure starts with heating up the sample up to a temperature set prior. A carrier gas transports the moisture from the sample into the measuring cell where the moisture is titrated.</p>
<p>With the unique advantage of the system using the closed-loop-carrier gas circulation, any additional gas drying is no longer necessary. Hence, the carrier gas is continually titrated to dryness within the closed loop.</p>
<p>The total dryness of the gas enhances the moisture liberation, and sensitive samples can be heated out very gently. Moisture liberation becomes possible even at ambient temperature.</p>
<p>All these advantages result in reducing reagent consumption considerably. Furthermore, temperature-programmed heating procedure can be defined individually by the user. Such a temperature program reveals in which way the moisture in question is bonded to the sample substance. You can distinguish between chemically bonded water of crystallization and adsorbed surface water.</p>

The PAMAS SBSS is the standard liquid particle counter used as a reference in many testing labs. The particle count measurement instrument may be programmed to measure a sample without the need of an operator, like prefilling the internal dead volume, pressurizing the sample for a number of measurement runs, and relieving pressure at the end. For preparation, a pump including an air dryer unit is available to degas the sample with vacuum and to filter and dry the compressed air. Its high accuracy and repeatability, fast purging, and backflush possibility are the key benefits of the system.</p>
<p>The PAMAS SBSS is fully equipped with a liquid particle counter up to 10 bar and up to 1600 cst. <p>The Iron Digital Detection Imaging (FeDDI) sets a new benchmark in corrosion testing by combining cutting-edge technology with ease of use. The problem that laboratories often face when testing iron bullets in compliance with ASTM and NACE standards is that they tend to over-rate the samples by considering the entire corrosion cluster as a corroded area, which is inaccurate. Within those areas, some parts are not corroded. The FeDDI system can detect and show corrosion results in percentage with an accuracy of ±0.01%. Additionally, at lower ratings of A and B, manually counting the corroded area is a tedious task, but FeDDI performs this process automatically and efficiently. Its bias-free operation ensures consistent, and reliable results, making it an essential tool for laboratories and industries focused on quality control and compliance. By utilizing advanced optics and algorithms, FeDDI revolutionizes iron corrosion testing.</p>
<p>Designed to comply with ASTM D665, ASTM D7548, and NACE TM0172 standards, FeDDI eliminates subjective visual assessments with a high-resolution camera and fully automated process. In less than 6 minutes, 546 photos of the sample will be gathered to create an image with a pixel size of 2.8 million. A four-step algorithm identifies and rates corrosivity, providing digital documentation and classification.</p>
<p>Equipped with Ethernet, USB, and HDMI interfaces, FeDDI integrates seamlessly with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), enabling easy data sharing and analysis. A 10.1” LCD touchscreen for enhanced user interaction, and an easy-to-use NFX Handle ensures effortless sample handling and operation. The FeDDI achieves accurate ratings in under 6 minutes, saving time while maintaining reliability. It generates detailed, comprehensive 360° zoomable images of all sides of the bullet-shape sample, with a summary table of results, and optional manual overrides for expert verification. With a compact design of 14” x 12” x 11” (36 x 31 x 28 cm), FeDDI is ideal for laboratory environments.</p>
