The ERACOUNT XS requires only 100 ml of sample fluid and can begin analysis immediately, with results displayed in real time on the device’s intuitive interface. The laser particle counter detects every particle that passes the sensor. From sample preparation to final results, the process is optimized for speed, supporting rapid decisions in critical operational environments. Connecting the device to other ERALYTICS units with a USB cable enables the option to see more result parameters.

What makes the ERACOUNT XS unique is its combination of high precision, compact design, and ease of use. An automated rinsing procedure prevents cross-contamination when multiple samples are analyzed sequentially. The device can be placed beside a main analyzer and connected via USB, and once powered on it is automatically recognized as an external particle-counting module. For stand-alone operation it uses a single button, and measurements are fully automated.

The ERAOIL is unique in its combination of high precision, speed, and reliability, making it an invaluable tool for Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM). It operates on the principle of RDE-OES, where a spark generated between two graphite electrodes excites atoms in the sample, leading them to emit light at specific wavelengths. This light is then analyzed to determine the elemental composition of the sample.

The automatic kinematic viscometer is housed in corrosion-resistant aluminum with a top sample injection site for both the viscosity and density measurements. The ERAVISC X is capable of performing standard measurements at both 40 °C and 100 °C, as well as viscosity index (VI) measurements.

With the ability to create methods tailored to your lab at any temperature up to 100 °C, the unit is extremely versatile for your lab’s needs. FillingProof™ bubble detection runs a simple pass/fail pretest so air bubbles do not interfere with results, and a fully automated drying pump handles cleanup between samples.
