<p>The Stone Digital Detection Imaging (StoneDDI) device verifies the status of new and in-use diffuser stones. The StoneDDI can calibrate both metal and ceramic cylindrical and spherical diffusers ensuring the stone is within bounds for related testing.<br />
With tightly controlled conditions of airflow, the StoneDDI calculates and determines the pore diameter and permeability.</p>

<p>The Silver Digital Detection Imaging (AgDDI) device accurately and robustly rates the corrosion on silver coupons without the need for operating analyses known to be unreliable. The four-step automated VISION algorithm rates the silver corrosion on a scale of 0-4 defined by the ASTM. The AgDDI standardizes the process of silver corrosion testing reliably, ensuring fuels stay within acceptable limits.</p>
<p>In a small and sleek design, silver coupons undergo induced corrosion and then the silver strip is inserted into the AgDDI for determination and rating. The AgDDI works by measuring each pixel on both sides of the silver strip for sulfur-induced blackening and rating the coupon accordingly based on the scale from 0 (no corrosion) to 4 (significant blackening).</p>

The problem that laboratories often face when testing iron bullets in compliance with ASTM and NACE standards is that they tend to over-rate the samples by considering the entire corrosion cluster as a corroded area, which is inaccurate. Within those areas, some parts are not corroded. The FeDDI system can detect and show corrosion results in percentage with an accuracy of ±0.01%. Additionally, at lower ratings of A and B, manually counting the corroded area is a tedious task, but FeDDI performs this process automatically and efficiently. Its bias-free operation ensures consistent, and reliable results, making it an essential tool for laboratories and industries focused on quality control and compliance. By utilizing advanced optics and algorithms, FeDDI revolutionizes iron corrosion testing.</p>
<p>Designed to comply with ASTM D665, ASTM D7548, and NACE TM0172 standards, FeDDI eliminates subjective visual assessments with a high-resolution camera and fully automated process. In less than 6 minutes, 546 photos of the sample will be gathered to create an image with a pixel size of 2.8 million. <p>The Foam Digital Detection Imaging (FoamDDI) device is a patented and fully automated foamability and foam stability testing apparatus fully compliant with relevant standards, while simultaneously bypassing the operator bias regularly observed in manual analysis. The FoamDDI standardizes the unreliable nature of results from manual vision determinations across tightly controlled conditions of time, flow, and temperature. <p>The CuDDI standardizes the process of copper strip corrosion testing with unparalleled precision, reliability, and ease of use. The Copper Digital Detection Imaging (CuDDI) device redefines copper corrosion testing by integrating high-resolution camera technology, AI-driven image processing, and algorithms to eliminate manual guesswork and operator bias. CuDDI detects corrosivity levels of products in compliance with ASTM standards and provides a solution for laboratories aiming for efficient and accurate results.</p>
<p>The CuDDI&#8217;s innovative and patented design combines optical analysis, artificial intelligence, and a unique lightbox to deliver consistent and precise results, reducing subjective interpretation. A four-step algorithm identifies and rates corrosivity, providing digital documentation and classification.
