This error is because the cup of the oven plate is not clean. Physically inspect the sample cup. Ensure no dents, scratches are on the cup. Clean the oven plate gently with using isopropanol. If still getting the error, send the machine for the repair.

This error occurs when pressure exceeds 1000KPa for regular and 2000KPa for LPG unit. This shows pressure exceeds the upper limit. Don’t run the machine. Send the machine for the repair. It might be an issue either with pressure transducer or inlet/outlet valves.

Go to the service menu
Under sub tab service
Press intensive valve cleaning
machine will ask to connect inlet and outlet tubing and put both of them in Toluene
After some time machine will ask to remove the inlet tube

Pull out the metal casing by pressing the two push buttons on the back of the machine or unscrew the 2 screws
Check the oil level
If the oil level is below the mark
Open the oil level container screw
If the oil level is low fill the oil up to the mark
then go to the Service menu
under sub tab service Press start for refill oil
Once a message appears to close the screw. Close the screw and press finished on the screen.

Before resetting the filter first inspect the condition
Open the inlet luer
If particles are present on the filter
Clean it or replace with the new one
Mesh filters are the first safety for the valves and the system
Go to the Setting
Under sub tab Filter
Press Reset

Eravap:
Go to the Service menu
Open inlet/outlet valves
On the right top corner the machine will show the live pressure

Eraflash:
Go to the Service menu
On the right top corner live pressure reading

Go to the service
Under sub tab Test there is an option Ignition
Press Clean
Just press one or two times
