All electrical work will be in conformance with requirements of Class I Div. 2 Groups C/D Hazardous areas. Piping is schedule 40 304 stainless steel. Frame is 304 stainless steel.
The system will be assembled per P&ID 100131 MWB0XXXX Rev B.
Specs:
- Temperature in the heated cabinet 5 -10°C above Pour Point
- Pressure 150 PSI
- Minimum 1.5GPM flow rate
Scope of Work:
1. Prepare shop drawings for approval.
2. Procure equipment.
3. Construct Stainless Steel Frame
4. Fabricate Assembly including electrical wiring
5. Pneumatic Pressure Test and report
6. Package for Shipping
7. Provide (1) year parts & labor warranty
