Introducing the ERAVAP CRUDE OIL: Advanced vapor pressure testing for crude oil samples
The ERAVAP CRUDE OIL is a highly precise, compact, user-friendly Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) and Dry Vapor Pressure Equivalent (DVPE) tester specifically calibrated for crude oil. The premier versatile solution for crude RVP products. The ERAVAP's precision ensures reliable volatility specification in compliance testing, refining stream quality follow-up, fuel blending, and a wide variety of research and mobile applications expanding even beyond the intended crude oil analyses.
This device is designed for the everyday user and is fully automated, with minimal operator interactivity.
A small footprint, navigable interface, rugged aluminum casing, and simple operations make the ERAVAP a desirable unit for both laboratory and on-the-go vapor pressure testing. Quick connect inlets paired with a floating piston cylinder (FPC) ensure live crude oil maintains a pressurized environment to retain its volatile components.
This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6377, as well as ASTM D5188, D5191, D6378, and EN 13016 with an added density module incorporating ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185 making it the ideal unit for R&D, QC, and many more applications using a single analyzer.
Applications of the ERAVAP Include:
Nature of refinery feedstocks
Maximizing commercial value for products
Assessing hazards with oils
Optimizing strategic refining
Key Measuring Parameters:
Volatility: DVPE/RVPE measurement describing volatility profile
Density: Supplemental density (ρ) module provides m/v characteristics
Pressure Distribution: Gas (Pgas), absolute (Pabs), and total (Ptot) pressure measurements for each sample
Vaporization Tendency: V/L ratio gives insight into the tendency of fuel to vaporize in an engine
The ERAVAP CRUDE OIL; is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty, with an option to extend coverage for an additional year upon compliance with the manufacturer’s terms.
