environments.

Mains-free operation with an integrated battery
Fully compliant with ISO 4406 and ISO 4402

PAMAS S40 GO rugged portable particle counter

Field analysis with laboratory flexibility

The rugged and resistant PAMAS S40 GO portable particle counter is built to meet the demands of the harshest environments and can be used for field analyses and for laboratory measurements. The electronic particle counter includes an integrated battery for mains-free operation on site. It is small and light enough to fit into an aircraft overhead locker.

Watertight protection

Protected in harsh environments.
Ready for transportation.

A watertight steel case, built for what happens between sites.

The rugged case of the PAMAS GO electronic particle counter is watertight and protects the instrument in harsh environments and during transportation.

Designed for mobility.

The same watertight case that survives the field also survives the trip there.

Built in

  • Watertight rugged case
  • Protection in harsh environments
  • Protection during transportation

Precision + Range

Every particle.
Every environment.

A wear-resistant ceramic piston pump holds a constant flow across pressureless, low-pressure, and high-pressure sampling up to 420 bar (6000 psi). The PAMAS HCB-LD-50/50 volumetric sensor is calibrated to 4–70 µm(c) per ISO 11171 as standard, with an optional 2–100 µm calibration per ISO 4402, at a maximum particle concentration of 24,000 P/mL.

Built to run without mains power.

The integrated battery covers up to three hours of standalone operation, so testing keeps moving between outlets.

At a glance

  • Integrated battery, up to 3 hours
  • Viscosity up to 200 cSt (1,000 cSt lube oil)
  • Pressure up to 420 bar (6000 psi)
  • USB data transfer, 8-bit ASCII

Reliable data access

High-resolution accuracy.
User-friendly data transfer.
