Introducing the ERACHECK ECO: precision oil-in-water analysis for environmental monitoring
The ERACHECK ECO is a high-performance device designed for accurate oil-in-water analysis, crucial for environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Utilizing advanced infrared (IR) spectrometry, the ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer adheres to a comprehensive range of international standards, including ASTM D8193, D3921, D7066, D7678, and D4281, ensuring reliable detection of oil content across various water samples.
Oil-in-water detection range
0–1000 mg/L
The analysis
Three signals make
one environmental answer.
- 01
Cyclohexane
CFC-free solvent used for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid extraction.
- 02
IR spectrometry
High-precision infrared measurement of the extracted sample.
- 03
TOG + TPH
Two essential contamination results from a single run.
Approximately five minutes per sample
The ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer uses cyclohexane as a solvent to measure Total Oil and Grease (TOG) and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) concentrations with high precision. The process is CFC-free and eco-friendly. The device offers a measurement range from 0 to 1000 mg/L, making it suitable for detecting even the smallest traces of oil contamination with the help of enrichment factor calculation.
Compact and portable with a durable design, dimensions of 29 × 35 × 34 cm (11.4 × 13.8 × 13.4 in), and a weight of 9.7 kg (21.4 lb), the ERACHECK ECO is suited to laboratories, field applications, and harsh environments such as oil platforms. Its user-friendly interface supports easy operation with minimal training and provides rapid, accurate results within approximately five minutes per sample, including sample preparation.
Key measuring parameters
