Introducing the ERAFLASH X: compact ultra-wide range flash point tester with a robust design

The ERAFLASH X is a compact, safe, and robust flash point tester covering an incredibly wide temperature range, designed to operate in field and lab environments. With a continuously closed cup design and three patented designs of Peltier Boost Technology (PBT), Contamination Prevention Technology (CPT), and Peltier separation, the ERAFLASH X ensures maximized safety and efficiency.

The ERAFLASH X analyzer can cover a temperature range from 18 °C to 370 °C (64 °F to 689 °F) with only 1–2 mL of sample per test, without a High Temperature Module (HTM) or any external device. To complete a test, the device produces an electric arc in a closed chamber to determine at which temperature the arc ignites the sample vapor, which is measured by the pressure change observed in ignition. Another feature of the ERAFLASH X is the built-in unknown sample screen test, which can quickly cover a wide range of temperatures to hone in on the specific flash point of unidentifiable samples or samples with unknown flash points.
