The Transport Series is ideal for determining sediment and water content on crude oil haulers, according to API MPMS Ch. 10.4 (ASTM D96). There are standard or digital, heated or non-heated, as well as 2 or 4-place trunnion arm configurations. The Transport series crude oil centrifuge is compatible with pear-shaped (B) or short cone (D) style tubes. The rugged, steel case with reinforced mounting rails allow for outdoor use and longer lifespan. The pre-heater pocket (only on 7100 and 9100 models) enables faster sample testing. The crude oil centrifuge’s compact design allows for easy installation and maintenance. The solid-state motor controller with epoxy-coated electronics ensures that the unit lasts longer in the field.
