    Job Description:

    This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and self-driven. The successful candidate will provide inside sales inquiries, assist our outside sales team, and work closely with our distributor network. Dedication, focus, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to phone calls and customer inquiries related to sales
    • Follow up calls to already establish costumers
    • Maintain and follow departmental procedures; update the client database and respond to information requests
    • Communicate professionally and personably with customers via phone and email
    • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and record customer interactions
    • Ensure timely responses to customer emails and address technical questions
    • Forward potential sales leads to the outside sales team
    • Proficient use of relevant computer applications (PC, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM); excellent keyboard skills
    • Analyze market segments and identify opportunities for growth
    • Provide additional administrative and sales support as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration or sales support
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high reading comprehension
    • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
    • Ability to maintain a strong focus on quality, with meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

    • Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
