Full Job Description
As a Sales Manager for our International market, your main focus is to boost sales, nurture our current distributor network relationships, establish new distribution channels and grow our presence in the Petroleum, Lubricants & Bio-Fuels industries. Your role involves weekly calls with our current distribution network, supporting our network at international tradeshows, identifying opportunities for network expansion.
As the International Manager, your responsibility will be managing distributor relationships, developing and executing business plans, as well as product targets. In order to expand our market presence for testing equipment used in the Petroleum, Lubricants & Bio-Fuels industries.
- Prior experience selling in managing distribution channels
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators
- Experience as a top-performing individual contributor for 3-5+ years in B2B sales
- Experience working with CRM or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively Responsibilities
- Experience selling technical products in a business environment and the ability to learn about and promote technical products
- Develop a detailed understanding of the goals and strategic business needs of each of your prospect accounts
- Deliver tailored value propositions to your prospects through presentations and live product demo
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure company initiatives and strategies are met through management of seasonal planning
- Adaptable to a fast paced and changing environment
- Travel flexibility is required Chicago based office (no remote work)
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales potential, inventory levels and understand distributors stock position
- Must Speak another language Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
