ERAOIL: RDE-OES spectrometer for elemental analysis

Introducing ERAOIL, the cutting-edge stand-alone rotating disc electrode spectrometer that revolutionizes the analysis of wear metals, additives, and contaminants in a wide range of operating liquids such as lubricating oils, fuels, coolants, process water, and more. With its advanced technology, ERAOIL can automatically measure up to 32 elements in just 30 seconds. Utilizing a high-end CMOS detector and automatic background correction, ERAOIL achieves an impressive sub-ppm detection limit (LOD) for most elements.

ERASPEC OIL: The latest trend in oil condition monitoring

Introducing ERASPEC OIL, a portable stand-alone infrared analyzer designed for rapid lubricant oil analysis and comprehensive condition monitoring. It fully complies with ASTM, DIN, and JOAP methods, ensuring accuracy and reliability. With its patented interferometer design, ERASPEC OIL provides laboratory-grade results directly on-site. Within seconds, it measures contaminants, degradation products, additive depletion, and calculates important properties such as TAN, TBN, and viscosity.

ERAVISC X: Viscosity & density testing with precision

ERAVISC X stands out as the most compact and robust kinematic viscometer globally, offering precise viscosity measurements at a laboratory-grade level that align with ASTM D445 and ASTM D7042 standards. It achieves this through an innovative viscosity cell that is seamlessly integrated with eralytics’ distinctive x-oscillating metal U-tube density cell. This integration enables a separate and highly accurate density measurement, fully adhering to the ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185 requirements.

ERAFLASH: The safe side of flash point testing

The ERAFLASH flash point tester operates in complete accordance with the Continuously Closed Cup flash point testing techniques, namely ASTM D6450, ASTM D7094, and their European counterpart, IP620. Notably, ASTM D7094 demonstrates no discernible statistical deviation from the previous ASTM D93 Pensky Martens method. It operates with a minimal sample volume of just 2 ml. Throughout the testing process, an electric arc triggers ignition of the sample vapor, and the analyzer assesses the flash point by monitoring pressure variations within the sealed cup. This ensures that flash point testing has never been as secure and straightforward.

ERACOUNT XS: The Fastest ISO 4406 Laser Particler Counter

ERACOUNT XS is the smallest and fastest field particle counter. At the push of a button, the laser-based analyzer measures and displays the ISO 4406 particle size channels ≥ 4 µm(c), ≥ 6 µm(c) and ≥ 14 µm(c) – all within 60 seconds using only 10 mL of sample. ERACOUNT XS counts particles in eight channels when connected to one of eralytics’ other OCM analyzers..

ERATEST FERRO: Outstanding ferrous debris quantification

The ferrous debris analyzer ERATEST FERRO is a mobile and battery-operated measuring instrument for determining the total content of ferromagnetic wear particles in oils or greases samples within only one second. The instrument operates according to ASTM D8120 and provides the precise concentration in ppm of magnetizable debris with only 2 mL of sample.
