PORTABLE CFC-FREE OIL-IN-WATER TESTING
The creation of the oil-in-water tester series plays a significant role in environmental preservation. It contributes to the maintenance of our planet’s clean water resources by providing exceptionally precise measurements of oil content in water. Unlike alternative measurement approaches, it upholds environmental conservation by abstaining from the use of hazardous solvents when extracting aqueous samples.
ERADENS X: Density re-imagined
ERADENS X stands out as the most compact and lightweight high-precision density meter globally, meeting all the stringent requirements of ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185. Its groundbreaking design features a vertically aligned x-oscillating metal U-tube, ensuring remarkable reliability even in the harshest environmental conditions. This makes ERADENS X an excellent choice for density testing, whether it’s in stationary laboratory settings or for on-the-go use in mobile laboratories.
ERACHECK X: Portable oil-in-water testing
A groundbreaking advancement for ERAVAP is its optional integration with eralytics’ innovative temperature-controlled U-tube density meter module, DENS4052, which is remarkably lightweight, weighing less than 1 kg and is currently awaiting a patent. This integrated module provides highly precise density measurements that adhere fully to the standards outlined in ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185, with a precision level of r = 0.0001 g/cm3.
ERACHECK ECO: Eco efficient oil-in-water testing
ERACHECK ECO leverages the inherent benefits of IR techniques, such as rapid analysis and sub-ppm accuracy, while utilizing the environmentally friendly and cost-effective extraction solvent, cyclohexane. It stands as the sole analyzer in the market that meets all the requirements of the latest ASTM D8193 standard. This economical and eco-conscious measurement technology offers the most budget-friendly solution for oil-in-water testing available today.
SBSS: Particle Counting System for Liquids
The PAMAS SBSS is fully compliant with ISO 21501, ISO 4402 and ISO 11171. The PAMAS SBSS is the standard liquid particle counting system used as a reference in many testing labs. The particle count measurement instrument may be programmed to measure a sample without the need of an operator, like prefilling the internal dead volume, pressurizing the sample for a number of measurement runs, and relieving pressure at the end. For preparation, a pump including an air dryer unit is available to degas the sample with vacuum and to filter and dry the compressed air. Its high accuracy and repeatability, fast purging, and backflush possibility are the key benefits of the system.
