Introducing the ERACHECK ECO: Precision Oil-in-Water Analysis for Environmental Monitoring
The ERACHECK ECO is a high-performance device designed for accurate oil-in-water analysis, crucial for environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Utilizing advanced infrared (IR) spectrometry, the ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer adheres to a comprehensive range of international standards, including ASTM D8193, D3921, D7066, D7678, and D4281, ensuring reliable detection of oil content across various water samples.
The ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer uses cyclohexane as a solvent to measure Total Oil and Grease (TOG) and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) concentrations with high precision. The process is CFC-free and eco-friendly. The device offers a measurement range from 0 to 1000 mg/L, making it suitable for detecting even the smallest traces of oil contamination with the help of enrichment factor calculation.
Compact and portable and with a durable design, with dimensions of 29 x 35 x 34 cm (11.4 x 13.8 x 13.4 in) and weighing of 9.7 kg (21.4 lb), the ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer is perfect for laboratory, field applications, and even harsh environments like oil platforms. Its user-friendly interface ensures easy operation with minimal training, and it provides rapid and accurate results within approximately five minutes per sample (including sample preparation), which is essential for timely environmental monitoring.
Applications of the ERACHECK ECO oil-in-water analyzer include:
- Monitoring oil-in-water levels in offshore and onshore oil production
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations in industrial wastewater treatment
- Supporting research and development in environmental science
- Quality control in various industrial processes
Key Measuring Parameters:
- Total Oil and Grease (TOG): 0–1000 mg/L
- Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH): 0–1000 mg/L
The ERACHECK ECO comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty, with an option to extend coverage for an additional year upon agreement to the manufacturer’s terms.
