Introducing the FoamDDI: Automated foam testing apparatus for a wide variety of samples.
The Foam Digital Detection Imaging (FoamDDI) device is a patented and fully automated foamability and foam stability testing apparatus fully compliant with relevant standards, while simultaneously bypassing the operator bias regularly observed in manual analysis. The FoamDDI standardizes the unreliable nature of results from manual vision determinations across tightly controlled conditions of time, flow, and temperature. With an augmented VISION algorithm and high edge contrast, the FoamDDI accurately and reliably determines foam characteristics.
With a patented heating and cooling system, the FoamDDI does not just produce reliable results but also maximizes time and efficiency. The FoamDDI records calculates, and stores data in an easy-to-navigate logic box interface. A single logic box, can also asynchronously control up to four FoamDDI modules, expediting testing in your lab..
This device is fully compliant with ASTM D892, D6082, and D1881 making it the ideal unit for R&D, QC, and many more applications.
