The VISAYA’s CuDDI Bath (CuDDIB) device is a cutting-edge dry block heater designed for ASTM copper strip corrosion testing and other dry block heating applications. The CuDDIB sets a new standard for dry block heating in corrosion testing. Its efficient, liquid-free operation and precise temperature control make it an indispensable tool for laboratories requiring accurate and reliable results. Its innovative, liquid-free design offers high efficiency, precision, and safety for laboratory applications.
The CuDDIB’s innovative design allows the placement and heating of 4 cylinders at the same time. The interface is user-friendly with an LCD display and a digital controller with buttons for seamless operation. It is versatile and supports a wide range of laboratory applications with adjustable temperature settings. It eliminates the need for liquid baths, reducing corrosion and maintenance.
The CuDDIB reaches an accurate and stable temperature of 165 °C under an hour, saving time while maintaining reliability. With a compact design of 17” x 15” x 19” (43 x 38 x 48 cm) and a weight of 28 lbs (12.7 kg), CuDDIB is ideal for laboratory environments.
