Introducing the ERAVAP- LPG Advanced vapor pressure testing for liquid petroleum gasses (LPGs)
The ERAVAP LPG is a highly precise, compact, user-friendly Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) and Dry Vapor Pressure Equivalent (DVPE) tester augmented by a doubled pressure operating range up to 2000 kPa. The ERAVAP LPG's precision ensures reliable volatility specification in a wide variety of research and mobile applications.
This device is designed for the everyday user and is fully automated, with minimal operator interactivity.
A small footprint, navigable interface, rugged aluminum casing, and simple operations make the ERAVAP a desirable unit for both laboratory and on-the-go vapor pressure testing. Quick connect inlets paired with a pressurized cylinder ensure LPG's maintain a pressurized environment to retain the sample from escaping due to its high volatility.
This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6897 making it the ideal unit for R&D, QC, and many more applications using a single analyzer.
Applications of the ERAVAP LPG Include:
Analyze gas pressure potential in systems
Ensure safe high pressure system design
Maintaining regulatory compliance
Key Measuring Parameters:
Volatility: DVPE/RVPE measurement describing volatility profile
Pressure Distribution: Gas (Pgas), absolute (Pabs), and total (Ptot) pressure measurements for each sample
Vaporization Tendency: V/L ratio gives insight into the tendency of fuel to vaporize in an engine
The ERAVAP is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty, with an option to extend coverage for an additional year upon compliance with the manufacturer’s terms.
