The ERACOUNT XS is a cutting-edge laser particle counter designed to deliver precise and reliable particle count analysis, crucial for maintaining the quality of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids and other types of liquids. Utilizing the latest technology, the ERACOUNT XS adheres to international standards, including ISO 4406, ISO 11171 and IP 577, providing accurate particle counts for various fluid types with minimal sample preparation.

The ERACOUNT XS requires only 100 ml of sample fluid and can begin analysis immediately, with results being displayed in real-time on the device’s intuitive interface. The ERACOUNT XS laser particle counter easily detects every particle that passes the sensor. The entire process, from sample preparation to final results, is optimized to be completed swiftly, allowing for rapid decision-making in critical operational environments. Connecting this device to other ERALYTICS units with a USB cable enables the option to see more result parameters.

What makes the ERACOUNT XS unique is its combination of high precision, compact design, and ease of use. It features an automated rinsing procedure to prevent cross-contamination, making it ideal for use in environments where multiple samples are analyzed sequentially. The ERACOUNT XS stands out for its ease of integration and user-friendly operation. Once powered on, it is automatically recognized as an external particle counting module, streamlining the setup process. For the stand-alone operation, the device is very simple and operates with one bottun only. Measurements are done fully automated to generate results in less than a minute.
