THE FASTEST ISO 4406 LASER PARTICLE COUNTER
ERACOUNT XS is the laser particle counter of choice for fast particle measurements with lab grade precision directly in the field. Initial failures in hydraulic and lubricating oil systems lead to the early appearance of big particles. The ERACOUNT XS laser particle counter easily detects every particle that passes the sensor. The high-performance, laser-based particle counter can be used as a stand-alone device or as an external module to any Eralytics analyzer.
This ISO 4406 laser particle counter is an extremely robust all-metal device weighing only 3 kg. It can resist harsh environments such as extreme temperatures or any kind of vibrations. It is the perfect analyzer for the contamination detection and condition monitoring of hydraulic and lube oil systems, test rigs and parts cleaning.
The ERACOUNT XS laser particle counter measures the cleanliness of any lubricant or petroleum product with viscosities up to 1000 cSt at 22 C° (up to ISO VG 320) over a pressure up to 2 bar. With its eight particle size channels ERACOUNT XS can detect even larger particles, offering the possibility to alert in case of abrasion or machine failure. The instrument is calibrated according to the international standard ISO 11171 and traceable to NIST standards.

Eracount XS is fully compliant with ISO 4406, ISO 11171, ISO 4402, SAE AS4059 providing both standard method and refined methodology.
All eralytics analyzers use an intuitive menu structure that is easy to navigate. Samples need no prior preparation and measurements are done fully automated.
A direct out-of-the-box connection to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is established with a standard Ethernet cable.No extra software or PC are necessary.
The Eralytics units are all lightweight and built with an integrated carrying handle, they are versatile and ideally suited for mobile applications as well.
All Eralytics analyzer results are displayed immediately after the test on their large and user-friendly color touch screen.Accessories
