Introducing the ERAFLASH: Augmented ultra-wide range flash point tester maximized for safety

The ERAFLASH is a compact, safe, and reliable flash point tester covering an incredibly wide temperature range for a myriad of sample types ranging from fuels to fragrances and alcohols. With a continuously closed cup design paired with unparalleled thermoregulation using peltier elements, the ERAFLASH ensures maximized safety and efficiency.

With the distinct capability to incorporate both a high temperature and low temperature module, this singular analyzer can cover a temperature range from -25C to 420C with only 1-2mL of sample per test. To complete a test, the device produces an electric arc in a closed chamber to determine at which temperature the arc ignites the sample vapor, which is measured by the pressure change observed in ignition. Another feature of the ERAFLASH is the built-in unknown sample screen test which can quickly cover a wide range of temperatures to hone in on the specific flash point of unidentifiable samples or samples with unknown flash points.

This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6450 and D7094 with a diverse array of correlation methods making it the ideal solution for almost any flash point determination in both laboratory and on-the-go environments.
