Introducing the ERAFLASH S10: Augmented ultra-wide range flash point tester maximized for high volume autosampling
The ERAFLASH S10 is a compact, safe, and reliable flash point tester covering an incredibly wide temperature range with a built-in 10 port autosampler. With a continuously closed cup design paired with unparalleled thermoregulation using peltier elements, the ERAFLASH S10 ensures maximized safety and efficiency while subsequently testing up to ten samples in one test.
With the distinct capability to incorporate both a high temperature and low temperature module, this singular analyzer can cover a temperature range from -25C to 420C with only 1-2mL of sample per test. To complete a test, the device produces an electric arc in a closed chamber to determine at which temperature the arc ignites the sample vapor, which is measured by the pressure change observed in ignition. The notable feature of the ERAFLASH S10 is the built-in autosampler making it the ideal solution for unattended flash point testing.
This device is fully compliant with ASTM D6450 and D7094 with a diverse array of correlation methods making it the ideal solution for almost any flash point determination in both laboratory and on-the-go environments.
