Well-designed air chamber baths test for low temperature viscosity of automotive fluids, measured by a Brookfield viscometer with unparalleled accuracy. The five air chamber bath models conform to ASTM D2983 test method, and each comes equipped with a 4 RPM rotating turntable and a capacity varying from 6 to 28 samples.
Certain models allow for independent temperature control and dual chambers. Ample storage is provided inside the cold chambers for pre-cooling the insulated cell carriers. A digital, indicating controller with a 0.1?C resolution maintains the temperature stability to ?0.1?C, with a lowest possible temperature reach of -60? C. Air chamber bath models vary from robust testing units to those designed for laboratories with light sample loads and limited space and budgets.
See the models tab for all available bench top and floor models that test Brookfield viscosity.
