Tanaka AD-7 automatically performs distillation test of petroleum products as narrow boiling range samples in full compliance with ASTM D86. This automatic distillation analyzers 10.4-inch LCD with touch panel has been adopted for easy and intuitive operation. Peltier system is employed for cooling/heating of the condenser and cylinder room. The AD-7 automatic distillation analyzer has a CFC free system with a small-footprint.

Safety
Fire Containment system: Heater shuts down when ultraviolet senor detects a fire, and CO2 gas flows into the heater room (if connect to CO2 line).
Flask Catcher reduces the risk of breaking vapor tube of flask.
Overheat protection: Heater shuts down automatically at the upper end if the temperature scale.

All the operation is made through a simple membrane keypad, which is standard on more than half of Tanaka’s automatic petroleum testers. The operation is simple and intuitive.
