A new member among Eralytics flash point testers is the ERAFLASH LT. It is based on the unrivaled performance of ERAFLASH and adds new benefits for fast low-temperature flash point testing.
The stacked Peltier design allows measurements according to ASTM D7094 with oven temperatures as low as -40 C, and the cooling speed of the instrument was increased by approximately 35%. With ERAFLASH LT, simple low-temperature flashpoint testing is possible without the need to cool the equipment with dry ice or other substances.
The ERAFLASH LT flash point tester is also equipped with a coolant valve that automatically shuts the coolant flow off if not needed. This helps to eliminate condensation of humidity on the cooler. Ice formation on the oven surface during the cool-down period is prevented by using a cooling cup that shields the surface from the ambient air.

ERAFLASH is fully compliant with ASTM D7094 and ASTM D6450.
All eralytics analyzers use an intuitive menu structure that is easy to navigate. Samples need no prior preparation and measurements are done fully automated.
A direct out-of-the-box connection to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is established with a standard Ethernet cable.No extra software or PC are necessary.
The small footprint of the eralytics instruments makes them the first choice for use in the lab and on-site.
The Eralytics units are all lightweight and built with an integrated carrying handle, they are versatile and ideally suited for mobile applications as well.
All Eralytics analyzer results are displayed immediately after the test on their large and user-friendly color touch screen.
Cleaning after measurements often took time and involved maintenance activities or replacing sensors or other elements of the chamber assembly. The ERAFLASH is different. Its innovative CPT-Contamination Prevention Technology TM, a combination of an advanced electrode protection and self-cleaning ignition system, reduces cleaning & maintenance to an absolute minimum.
The ERAFLASH’s innovative PBT – Peltier Boost Technology TM, a patented eralytics innovation, allows for previously unmatched heating and cooling rates.
